Job Summary
As a full-time remote Texas Licensed Auto Liability Specialist II, the candidate will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling Auto Liability claims, including handling complex coverage issues and ensuring proper reserve requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages
- Manage property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, including attorney-represented cases
- Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
