Job Summary
To support the growth of independent ABA practices, the part-time hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide individualized ABA services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while managing their own practice and team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families
- Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and provide clinical oversight to the team as the practice grows
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where required
- Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice
