Job Summary
To support the Behavioral Health Medication Monitoring team, the full-time Texas Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage day-to-day operations for Foster Care members, ensuring timely access to behavioral health services while monitoring quality of care and assisting with discharge planning in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Foster Care Members and relevant stakeholders to meet behavioral healthcare needs
- Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and monitor healthcare service plans for foster care members
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while coordinating service management functions across departments
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health
- 3+ years of case management or utilization management experience
- Unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or RN
- Experience in psychiatric healthcare settings and with child behavioral health conditions
- Foster care experience strongly preferred
