Job Summary

Managing investigations and evaluations, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will analyze coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements for claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations to assess coverage and liability for bodily injury claims
• Completes evaluation forms and recommends claim dispositions exceeding individual settlement authority
• Maintains accurate records and handles administrative tasks related to claims processing and payments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree in a related field is preferred
• At least one year of automobile liability experience is required
• Minimum of 2 years of auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience preferred
• Must hold or be able to obtain an adjuster license within 60 days of employment
• Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law is essential
