Job Summary

Supporting brokerage outcomes, the full-time Texas Licensed Broker Assistant will manage account servicing, coordinate market-facing activity, and ensure timely execution of documentation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the placement and servicing process by preparing submissions, endorsements, quotations, and policy documentation
• Coordinate account activity by managing correspondence and facilitating communication between agents, carriers, and internal teams
• Manage account servicing responsibilities, including renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and policy changes while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required
• Experience within insurance, account servicing, or administrative support roles preferred
• Foundational experience in policy documentation, account coordination, or customer service environments
• State-specific insurance license required or expected to be obtained based on role responsibilities
• Experience expectations increase across the career path, with progression toward more complex account handling and workflow ownership
