Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Business Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid role will manage complex litigation matters from inception to trial, develop effective litigation strategies, and produce compelling legal documents while collaborating with a litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business and commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution and trial
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct thorough legal research

Required qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required; admission to an additional state bar preferred
• Significant experience in business, commercial, or complex civil litigation
• Substantial trial experience with demonstrated ability to take cases through discovery and trial
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
