Seeking a Texas Licensed Business Litigation Trial Attorney, the full-time position will manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial, develop effective litigation strategies, and draft persuasive legal documents in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business and commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution and trial
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies, including conducting depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct thorough legal research
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license required; admission to an additional state bar preferred
- Significant experience in business, commercial, or complex civil litigation
- Substantial trial experience with a proven track record of taking cases through trial
- Exceptional legal writing and research skills
- Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
