Job Summary
Supporting the Gulf Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will manage and coordinate healthcare services, ensuring outstanding customer service while working remotely from Texas with occasional onsite training or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive experience for patients by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred
