Texas Licensed Care Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the DFWW Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service by managing healthcare services coordination between patients, family members, and care providers in a remote role, with occasional onsite training requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to confirm issue resolution
- Collaborates with team members to meet or exceed service level metrics for quality and productivity
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
