Job Summary
To support the Dallas Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service by managing healthcare services coordination, scheduling appointments, and offering support and education to patients and providers in a remote setting, with occasional onsite training or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive experience for patients by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a call center-related role
- Proven work experience in a customer service role
- Relevant training in call center or contact center environments
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
