Job Summary
To support the CNST Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service by managing healthcare services coordination, scheduling appointments, and offering support and education to patients and providers in a remote role, with occasional onsite meetings in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive patient experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
