Job Summary
To support the West Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will manage healthcare service coordination, provide customer support, and ensure a positive patient experience while working remotely with occasional onsite training in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive and exemplary experience for all patients by focusing on satisfaction and resolution
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a call center-related role
- Proven work experience in a customer service role
- Relevant training in call center or contact center environments
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
