Job Summary

Working remotely in Texas, the Care Management Support Coordinator II will process authorizations for various services, complete daily check-ins, and maintain production logs while multitasking across multiple applications.

Key responsibilities

• Process authorizations and follow-ups for durable medical equipment and mental health services
• Complete daily production logs and communicate through group instant messaging
• Cross-train to support multiple functions within the Specialty Authorization Team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; LPN, LVN, or LCSW preferred
• Two or more years of experience in a managed care environment or with vulnerable populations
• Computer literacy testing is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship
