Job Summary
Owning the engineering scope for assigned projects, the full-time Texas Licensed Civil Engineer will provide technical leadership across design, construction, and commissioning while coordinating interdisciplinary efforts and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering scope from design through commissioning for assigned projects or major systems
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure integrated project execution
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and designers, supporting their professional development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Five to eight years of relevant engineering experience with responsibility for project engineering scope
- Advanced knowledge of engineering disciplines and their interfaces
- Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary coordination and make impactful technical decisions
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred where applicable
