Texas Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing mid-level general liability claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze claims, determine benefits due, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with company standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers information to assess liability exposure and manages claims payments and settlements
• Communicates claim actions with claimants and clients while ensuring proper documentation and coding of claim files
• Negotiates settlements for subrogation of claims and processes complex medical claims as necessary

Required qualifications

• Four (4) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Expertise in insurance principles and laws relevant to the line of business
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
