Job Summary

Leading a team of claims examiners, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Adjuster Lead will supervise claims adjudication for workers' compensation, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and manages claims adjudication processes
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and project coordination
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper resolution and communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licensing as required in Texas or home state
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
• Experience in managing complex claims and leading teams effectively
