Texas Licensed Client Relations Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Client Relations Representative, the full-time remote role will manage existing commercial insurance client relationships, handle policy renewals, and assist with service requests while collaborating with insurance advisors and carrier partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support transactions by addressing customer inquiries and providing relationship-based customer service
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through proactive engagement and education
• Maintain accurate records and assist in client retention efforts through effective policy servicing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• General Lines Agent - Property & Casualty License preferred but not required
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, particularly in commercial lines
• Strong account management and client service experience, including renewals and follow-up
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
