Texas Licensed Client Service Manager
Job Summary
To support commercial lines of insurance, the full-time Texas Licensed Client Service Manager will assist producers and clients with policy maintenance, including processing endorsements, audits, and cancellations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process endorsement requests and communicate with insurance carriers
- Handle audits and cancellations, ensuring accurate invoicing and client delivery
- Provide technical support to marketing executives and maintain relationships with clients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license required (company will assist in obtaining if needed)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar Account Management System (AMS) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
