Job Summary
To enhance patient-centered care, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Quality Consultant will lead quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize quality improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to identify performance gaps and develop evidence-based solutions for clinical processes
- Manage projects from definition through implementation, including data collection, analysis, and monitoring of outcomes
- Provide training and education on quality improvement tools and strategies while acting as a change agent within the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field
- 4 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure or equivalent medical/healthcare certification
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: 4 years of nursing experience with 1 year of quality improvement experience
