Job Summary
Providing prompt and courteous service to clients, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Account Manager will manage commercial accounts by designing insurance programs, negotiating terms with carriers, and ensuring compliance with agency standards, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Georgetown, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement insurance programs for clients in accordance with agency guidelines
- Negotiate rate terms with carriers and prepare necessary proposals and applications for clients
- Maintain knowledge of industry developments and educate clients on coverage and audit procedures
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar Account Management System (AMS) preferred
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as keyboarding
