Job Summary
To support the growth of the commercial lines department, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Underwriter will manage new business submissions, collaborate with agency partners, and maintain a profitable portfolio while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively drive new business submissions and perform risk selection, pricing, and retention
- Collaborate with marketing representatives to build strong relationships with agency partners and participate in field visits and industry events
- Assist senior management with strategic planning and territory management decisions to achieve business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant Sales, Marketing, or Underwriting experience required
- Valid Driver's License required
