Job Summary
To ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, the remote Texas Licensed Compliance Analyst will conduct audits, assess compliance risks, and manage compliance-related investigations while working full-time within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of compliance activities across departments to evaluate adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance risk assessment programs, identifying and prioritizing regulatory risks
- Manage compliance hotline activities, including reviewing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating follow-ups
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Four years of experience in audit or investigation functions
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and compliance software
- Experience with compliance risk assessments and developing corrective action plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy compliance practices
