Job Summary

Managing all on-site activities for residential construction projects, the full-time Texas Licensed Construction Manager will oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate project schedules while working remotely with regional travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all under-construction homes and coordinate on-site construction activities
• Schedule trade partners, inspect work quality, and ensure timely material orders and deliveries
• Conduct daily inspections to monitor progress and address workforce grievances

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
• Preferred construction experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing environments
• Proficient in decision-making and follow-through on tasks
