Job Summary
Supporting a large volume of projects in HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, the full-time Texas Licensed Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project management remotely for a financial retail banking client in the Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and quality controls
- Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong organizational and management skills for effective collaboration with teams
- Effective presentation skills to communicate project details and updates
- Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
