Job Summary

Independently managing large-scale, high-complexity remodel projects, the full-time Texas Licensed Construction Project Manager will oversee project delivery, budget, and schedule while ensuring operational continuity within active grocery retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-scale minor and major remodels on time and on budget across multiple regions
• Independently manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex programs with minimal oversight
• Serve as the central point of accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and compliance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent
• Experience executing major remodels within active grocery/retail store environments
