Job Summary
Independently supporting complex analytical and enablement initiatives across the digital product lifecycle, the remote Texas Licensed Digital Product Analyst will evaluate product performance and operating models while translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance scalability and execution consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Independently assess delivery performance and execution risks across multiple product teams, recommending process optimizations
- Analyze portfolio capacity and prioritization to develop insights that support roadmap alignment and investment decisions
- Lead analytical components of launch readiness and post-launch performance reviews, evaluating adoption and growth metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in digital product enablement, product operations, or related fields, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in advanced product and portfolio analysis
- Knowledge of enablement and operating model optimization
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Current contractor or contingent worker for First Citizens Bank
