Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and instructional excellence, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Educational Psychology Director will oversee the online graduate program in Educational Psychology, manage academic operations, teach graduate-level courses, and support faculty and student success.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the administration and operational leadership of the Educational Psychology program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards
- Teach graduate courses and promote high instructional quality while collaborating with instructional designers to enhance course delivery
- Mentor faculty and provide academic advising to students, focusing on retention and professional readiness
Required qualifications
- Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience in higher education program coordination and curriculum development
- Proven track record of online teaching or course development in a graduate-level setting
- Commitment to the mission of Abilene Christian University and ability to integrate a Christian worldview into academic practices
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification is preferred, but not required
