Texas Licensed EHR System Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance patient access and revenue cycle workflows, the full-time Texas Licensed EHR System Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of the Epic Prelude/Referrals system, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead system implementation and optimization efforts for the Epic EHR system, providing technical support and operational workflow expertise
- Manage and prioritize system modifications while coordinating multiple projects across integrated teams
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to address complex system challenges and support workflow analysis and redesign
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of relevant healthcare information technology experience
- EPIC Certification within 180 days of hire
- Preferred experience as a referrals analyst and knowledge of financial clearance workflow design
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools and relevant Epic certifications such as Prelude, Cadence, or Referrals
