Serving as the primary client advisor, the full-time Texas Licensed Employee Benefits Executive will manage complex employee benefit accounts, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction while executing service strategies remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees a complex book of business, providing technical expertise and managing client relationships
- Develops and monitors comprehensive customer service plans aligned with clients' business goals
- Coordinates deliverables and prepares proposals, ensuring compliance and timely responses to client needs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in the insurance industry
- Active Life & Health License required
- Experience with ACA and ERISA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with fully insured financial arrangements and alternate funding methods
