Job Summary
To support the IT Business Applications team, the full-time Epic Licensed Analyst II will manage the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of applications, primarily working remotely while residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement applications to meet user requirements and optimize workflows
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to application software and related technologies
- Ensure quality control of all application implementations and provide ongoing support to clinical and nonclinical staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 4 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or 1 year with a Bachelor's degree (required)
- Epic Certification (required)
- 5 years of Epic Resolute HB experience (highly preferred)
- Epic Hospital Contracts experience (highly preferred)
