Job Summary
To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Epic Cogito Developer will design, develop, and maintain Epic Cogito reporting solutions remotely, focusing on creating complex reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Epic Cogito reporting solutions using Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, SQL, and Clarity/Caboodle databases
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools for healthcare stakeholders
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic reporting and analytics environments
- Hands-on experience with Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer
- Strong SQL development and relational database experience
- Experience developing BI and reporting solutions within healthcare organizations
