Job Summary
To support the IT MyChart Support Department, the full-time Texas Licensed Epic MyChart Analyst will manage the design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance of applications while working primarily remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Epic MyChart applications to meet user requirements and optimize workflows
- Provide consulting services for integrating information technologies into clinical and business processes
- Diagnose application software failures and participate in the resolution of related issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (preferred)
- 7 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 5 years with an Associate's degree, or 3 years with a Bachelor's degree (required)
- 5 years of Epic MyChart experience (highly preferred)
- Epic Certification (required)
- Experience with web and mobile application development (preferred)
