Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Texas Licensed EVV Agent will manage high-volume inbound calls, perform real-time documentation, and utilize Microsoft Office tools while working onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, targeting approximately 60 calls per day
• Document interactions in real-time while communicating with callers
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, to support daily tasks

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Proven ability to handle back-to-back inbound calls and manage priorities effectively
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems/screens
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are strongly preferred
