Job Summary

To support a growing network of specialized expert witnesses, the full-time Texas Licensed Expert Witness Recruiter will strategically source, onboard, and negotiate retention agreements with high-caliber professionals while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source niche specialists to meet client litigation needs and negotiate expert witness agreement terms
• Lead complex negotiations and contract renewals for high-priority expert witnesses while managing sensitive client requests
• Maintain expert records and collaborate with operations to align the expert network with upcoming pipeline demands

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of specialized recruiting experience in an expert network firm, litigation support agency, or legal staffing environment
• Proven track record sourcing highly technical roles such as engineers or scientists
• Strong investigative research and sourcing skills, with a deep understanding of professional credentials and technical CVs
• High proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
