Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive telehealth services to patients, including hormone optimization and medical weight loss
- Conduct clinical assessments and make informed medical decisions to enhance patient care
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and support
Required qualifications
- Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or Texas Physician Assistant license
- Current Texas DEA registration at the time of application
- Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Board certification applicable to the profession
- Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy and preventive medicine preferred
