To drive results and growth for the franchise advisor platform, the full-time Texas Licensed Franchise Vice President will recruit experienced advisors, implement growth coaching programs, and provide leadership to enhance advisor success in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an advisor recruitment strategy for the territory
- Lead experienced advisor recruiting acquisition and onboarding
- Create and implement strategic business plans and growth coaching programs to drive franchise advisor success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in leadership, influencing, and sales
- Expertise in financial services and financial planning, with compliance knowledge
- Ability to manage P&L financials and drive business results
- Series 7 and Series 24 (or ability to obtain within 150 days), along with state securities agent registration
