Job Summary
To support clinical initiatives in the Houston area, the full-time Texas Licensed Front Line Care Clinician will manage clinical support activities, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions, while collaborating with healthcare partners remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products, focusing on key quality metrics related to nursing
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers and support retention activities in assigned accounts
- Coordinate customer expectations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain clinical solutions
Required qualifications
- Active RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certification
- Experience in clinical practice related to hospital-acquired conditions
- Strong acumen in clinical decision-making and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to conduct clinical education and troubleshooting
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams and managing clinical trials
