Job Summary
To support Medicaid operations, the full-time Texas Licensed HC & Insurance Rep will oversee data integrity of member enrollment records, provide timely support for eligibility processes, and generate internal reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
- Provide support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
- Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data
Required qualifications
- Texas Licensed HC & Insurance Representative
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
- Experience with MS Office and data entry tasks
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
