Job Summary
Leading quality assurance efforts for a complex Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) solution, the full-time Texas Licensed Healthcare Manager will manage QA strategy, testing execution, and release readiness in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall QA strategy, test planning, and execution oversight
- Provide leadership to QA resources and coordinate across business and technical teams
- Participate in hands-on testing, defect investigation, and resolution tracking
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience, including leadership of QA teams
- Proven experience developing QA strategies and quality metrics for complex technology implementations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar QA and test-management platforms
- Preferred experience in healthcare, Medicaid, PBM, or highly regulated environments
