Job Summary

To support compassionate pet families in Pearland and Friendswood, Texas, the part-time Texas Licensed In-Home Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services, focusing on individualized veterinary care and quality-of-life support while working independently in a mobile veterinary environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide in-home pet hospice, palliative care, and compassionate euthanasia services
  • Travel independently to scheduled appointments and perform veterinary services in clients' homes
  • Educate pet families on quality-of-life decisions and maintain accurate medical records
Required qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Active veterinary license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel between appointments
  • Experience in end-of-life care and compassionate communication with pet families
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
