Job Summary

Offering a part-time opportunity, a Texas Licensed In-Home Veterinarian will provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pet families in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Prosper, Texas, while enjoying professional autonomy and a flexible schedule without non-compete agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in-home pet hospice, palliative care, quality-of-life support, and compassionate euthanasia services
• Travel independently to scheduled appointments and practice effectively in a mobile veterinary care environment
• Educate pet families on quality-of-life decisions and maintain accurate veterinary medical records

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), BVMS, or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
• Active veterinary license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel between appointments
• Experience in end-of-life care and ability to communicate empathetically with pet families
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted and assist with weights up to 100 pounds
