Job Summary
Supporting teachers in a nurturing environment, the part-time hourly Texas Licensed Infant & Toddler Teacher will promote the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and linguistic development of infants and toddlers while providing responsive caregiving and classroom management in Houston, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers by providing breaks and supporting the implementation of curriculum and teaching experiences
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including daily monitoring of playground conditions
- Build strong relationships with families to foster parental engagement and support children's development
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of recent, paid experience in a childcare, preschool, or school setting
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver's License, Personal Vehicle, and Liability Insurance required
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant and Toddler preferred
