Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Texas Licensed Infrastructure Engineer, the role focuses on managing BAU activities, including SCCM administration, patch deployment, and resolving hardware and VMware issues, with responsibilities extending to 24/7 support during emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patch management processes, including the patching of servers and troubleshooting incidents
- Coordinate with various teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
- Analyze application issues and implement break fixes according to defined SLAs and SOPs
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in WINTEL administration and SCCM configuration
- Strong knowledge of Windows (2019/2022/2025) and PowerShell
- Familiarity with ITIL principles related to incident, change, and problem management
- Experience with VMware and physical hardware troubleshooting (HP & Dell)
- Relevant certifications in Windows, ITIL, or other technical areas
