Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing Inside Sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in paid training programs, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if unlicensed

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
