Job Summary

As a Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive benefits and paid training opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, ensuring a customer-centric approach to sales
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain the required Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
