Texas Licensed Insurance Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist with insurance coverage explanations, and participate in paid training while working from home in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls and provide assistance with insurance-related inquiries
• Complete required training and coursework to obtain a state insurance license
• Maintain a consistent attendance record during training and scheduled shifts

Required qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Motivated to complete licensing requirements and training
• Access to a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and necessary technology
