Texas Licensed Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Specialist will take inbound calls from warm leads to identify customer needs, educate them on insurance products, and close sales while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective insureds to match their needs with appropriate insurance products
• Educate customers on available insurance options and identify opportunities for upselling
• Resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues through effective problem-solving techniques

Required qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Willingness to attend all paid training sessions and work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
