Job Summary
Analyzing Bodily Injury Premise claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Liability Claims Representative will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing claims through action plans to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering necessary information
- Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 - 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
- Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements, particularly in Texas
- Texas state licensing is required
