Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Texas Licensed Litigation Adjuster will investigate automobile accident claims involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate and assess automobile accident claims, determining coverage and liability
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Negotiate fair settlements with all parties involved in the claims, utilizing innovative tools and platforms

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience handling represented third-party Bodily Injury claims
• Experience managing litigated Bodily Injury claims
• Familiarity with Texas claims handling practices
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
