Job Summary
Motivated by uncapped commissions, the full-time Texas Licensed Loan Consultant will work remotely to influence prospects through the loan application process, manage multiple transactions, and exceed sales targets while providing innovative personal finance solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Close sales by guiding prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages to ensure lead follow-up
- Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions using the company's loan products
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
- Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles
- Experience navigating Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day
